Well looky here, we got ourselves a fabulous upgraded buffet. And all because of your votes! Your very correct votes! And so important! You are all so correct and important! Of course now, I’m knee-deep in tater-tot hotdish as a real flippin’ rustic lovin’ Minnesotan!
I’m still massively in love with the other option I/you/we had, but ultimately, I feared that it would be a little too loud for the space. And the only noisy queen allowed in this house is, um, yours truly (haha, it’s actually my dog). So, now I need to find something else to do with the extra wallpaper panel. I’m thinking framed art, but I’ll keep you posted!
Overall, I’m quite pleased with the result. In addition to looking like it belongs in the space, the buffet is now more sophisticated and fresh. And all for a few pennies! If I hadn’t hemmed and hawed, I could have made these changes in a couple hours. Praise be to Chasing Paper and Anthropologie!
Also, here’s a bonus shot of Ms. Nola, the noisy queen! She demanded a pic in her new Rhonda Gauthier coat. And I had to hold her head up! What a bitch!
