Thank you for voting correctly!

After Final1Well looky here, we got ourselves a fabulous upgraded buffet. And all because of your votes! Your very correct votes! And so important! You are all so correct and important! Of course now, I’m knee-deep in tater-tot hotdish as a real flippin’ rustic lovin’ Minnesotan!

I’m still massively in love with the other option I/you/we had, but ultimately, I feared that it would be a little too loud for the space. And the only noisy queen allowed in this house is, um, yours truly (haha, it’s actually my dog). So, now I need to find something else to do with the extra wallpaper panel. I’m thinking framed art, but I’ll keep you posted!

Anyhoot- what do y’all think? Did it turn out like you expected? Does it look dumbdumb? Would you immediately turn it into firewood?IMG_4087

Overall, I’m quite pleased with the result. In addition to looking like it belongs in the space, the buffet is now more sophisticated and fresh. And all for a few pennies! If I hadn’t hemmed and hawed, I could have made these changes in a couple hours. Praise be to Chasing Paper and Anthropologie!

Also, here’s a bonus shot of Ms. Nola, the noisy queen! She demanded a pic in her new Rhonda Gauthier coat. And I had to hold her head up! What a bitch!
