Break in case of spillage

tea towels

So, tea towels in a frame… is this something that’s really happening in homes across America? Or was someone at HGTV Magazine drunk?

You know how I love me some tea towels– I’ve talked about my obsession before, but it’s never crossed my mind that I could frame them. That’s madness! Or is it?! Obviously, because I’m try-curious, you know I had to give this a spin.

The towels and the frame (a.k.a. the victims):

And the final product:

I’m really not sure what I think about this. Every time I look at them, I think “break in case of spill.” Like it’s an emergency tool that we have to keep from the marauding masses or something. I mean, what’s next? Are we going to start framing our sponges? Or Ms. Nola’s pooh bags? Or the lint from dryer? We’ve got to draw the line somewhere!

All of my being says “OHMYGODNODONT,” but I actually don’t hate it. That much.

Thoughts???

No judgement!

(lot’s of judgement)
